What's New in Bremerton

Only a 40-minute ferry ride to downtown Seattle, Bremerton has inspired attention and awards, and more and more people are discovering this gateway to the Olympic peninsula.

In 1990 Money Magazine rated Bremerton the number one place in the country to live and in 2002 as one of the future hot spots. Readers Digest acknowledged Bremerton as one of the best places to raise a family in 1997.

With the development of a new Kitsap Conference Center, Transportation Center, Government Center and several high-end condominiums and businesses; Bremerton is becoming known as a true renaissance city. More plans are in the works too, including an expanded marina, a 3-mile boardwalk, a major downtown city maritime park and museum.
